Check the make and model of your webcam. Google 'driver' for your opeating platform e.g. Windows XP etc and download and install. Usually you will find them in the manufacturer website. Alex
ReplyDeleteNot too sure about that. Maybe my Twinhead vendor gave me a "cha-kai" webcam. My IT guy tried to download from the website, but the same error message popped up. Will try to get a webcam tomorrow...
